Dwight was born and raised in the small town of Mount Vernon, Iowa. The son of a doctor, Dwight grew up knowing the importance of taking care of the people around him. He graduated from McCallie High School in Chattanooga, Tennessee, before attending the University of Tennessee where he received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Dwight then enrolled at Dallas Theological Seminary, graduating with a Masters Degree in Theology. Upon completing his education he traveled around the United States and abroad before landing in Eugene, Oregon, where he met his eventual wife, Judi. In 1987 the family relocated to Friday Harbor, and in 1996 Dwight came to work at Island Building Products (then called Island Wholesale Products). Dwight combines nearly two and a half decades of experience in the building supply industry with a keen sense of responsibility to care for his customers, resulting in an outstanding reputation for customer satisfaction. Judi Ware, Accounting -- 19 Years of Service
Judi was born in Eugene, Oregon, the grand daughter of the founder of the Eugene Planing Mill. Ever since she was a little girl, Judi has been surrounded by the building industry. After graduating from Eugene High School she left for Salem, Oregon, where she attended Oregon State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. After meeting Dwight at church, she married him and agreed to move to Friday Harbor in 1987. When Dwight took over ownership of Island Wholesale Products in 2001, Judi put her skills and experience in accounting to work for the company. Decades of experience in the accounting and book keeping industry have made Judi an invaluable asset to the company.
